S-Days

This weekend was pretty ok. There were a bunch of highs and a few lows but it was good, and something different before the much awaited Bangkok trip. I need a break.

Saturday

After quite some time, VOSA time was Old VOSA. Yey! Except that the mics were soft, we sounded good. Minus Wappy and Matt (who came late), it was just Andy, plus us girls who can all pass for his children, and the three older boys.

Then Bam, Mikey, Mark and I visited Mars at her house due to her eye operation. Stayed there til about 1 am just pigging-out, laughing our heads off over Takeshi's Castle, put Mark through a whole hour and a half with four girls kilig over Mulan 2. Lesson learned from the night - after having one eye covered for some time, you really lose your depth perception. Tip: cover one eye for about 15 seconds. Then reach for a pen that's about 2 feet away.

Sunday

Thanks to Kuya Dondi's consistent planning, the entire Chan family was at Gateway Mall in Araneta for lunch at Taco Bell. Then we had coffee at Starbucks. Regina, though she's 7 and is already a big girl, is still really so cute. After that, to cure our boredom, Bam and I went to Color Me Mine in Podium and we painted. Bam, a plate with flowers just like her painting; Me, a bowl with 2 turtles. That was really therapeutic!
