Revenge of the SithAfter days of getting over my muscle spasms from the accident, I've finally recovered. I've begun to drive again and sleep peacefully. I'm even beginning to curse reckless drivers who overtake from the right again.
To start the beginning of the end of an emotionally stressful week, we watched Star Wars Episode 3 last night - the very first showing that was simulcast with the rest of the world. I found it galeng. And although I already knew what was going to happen I didn't know how they would show it. But as a whole, of the first 3 episodes, I prefer the 2nd. This one was just so sad: how Anakin became evil; how heartbroken Padme was; how many jedis were lost; more importantly, how frustrated Obi Wan must have felt. All these make me want to watch Episodes 4 to 6 all over again just to see the happy ending.
Just some thoughts. How can Yoda, who walks with a cane, do all those acrobatic twists and turns? How can such good looking parents as Anakin and Padme have such, um, "boring" looking children?
